Join me in ceremony for a community Cacao offering!
Awakening 1.5 hour heart opening cacao ceremony including ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, sound healing and integration. This ceremony may be coupled with movement and reiki to access creativity, focus and self-empowerment, or to release grief, trauma and heart-heavy experiences.
Bring what you need for sitting comfortably, resting/meditation.

1 T (11-21g) for sensitive or long-term drinkers
2-3T (20-25g) for meditation or creativity assist; great for workshops or adventures

How to make it
- Cacao paste/powder
- Sweetener (honey/maple)
- hot water (4+oz)
- Fat (coconut butter, ghee, milk)

The process
- Ground and clear yourself. Be clear on your intention. You may choose to light a candle to indicate the container space and time.
- Pray or tune into the energy you are wishing to embody with this practice.
- Ask permission of the ancestors of the land upon which you are practicing.
- Invite support and protection from your guardian angel, ascended masters, ancestors and light beings of this realm or others.
- Create elixir.
- Hold a container for the journey.
- Ground yourself afterwards and close container by blowing out the candle, announcing the close of the ceremony, and other practices you use to close ceremony.
