Dance Reformer

Open to all and specially designed for a dancer's needs. This class is excellent for people who sit all day since hip-opening exercises are included.

Extensions, turnout, and balance developed with core-strengthening exercises. This class is a cross-training class; it is appropriate for the general population, AND dancers will find it addresses their specific athletic needs.

General reformer classes are based on classical Pilates exercises.

Mat class for dancers designed to activate core, increase flexibility, extensions,  strength, and turnout.  

We use 12 " balls, magic circles, and therabands to support targeted 

muscle recruitment. 

Mat Pilates classes support strength building, flexibility, and posture. In this class you will be teaching your body how to control your muscles.
