Open to all and specially designed for a dancer's needs. This class is excellent for people who sit all day since hip-opening exercises are included.
Extensions, turnout, and balance developed with core-strengthening exercises. This class is a cross-training class; it is appropriate for the general population, AND dancers will find it addresses their specific athletic needs.
General reformer classes are based on classical Pilates exercises.
